To compete with international markets, parameters such as precision, high repeatability in production, control management, and emphasis on standards have proved to be necessary in the usage of robot in modern technology. So the scientific research centers are conducting some research in this regard to meet customers’ demands. In recent decades, the use of industrial robots in the production and development of nano technological processes, industrial automation, chemically contaminated environments, medical & biological industrial, the calibration of measurement system, etc., are seriously in circulation.
